【 Food import declaration time 】

1, pre-inspection record - foreign shipments need 10-20 working days (record can be handled in advance);

2, port exchange - making declaration declaration documents need 1-2 working days;

3, commodity inspection customs clearance - import declaration needs 3-5 working days (tax, customs inspection, sampling);

4, customs release - commodity inspection sampling - health certificate - circulation and sales need 15-20 working days.

【 Information required for food import Declaration 】

1) Complete the "Application for Import and Export Food Label Review" as required, indicate the application date, the applicant's signature and seal;

2) A total of 8 food label proofs;

3) Proof that the imported food is allowed to be produced and sold in the producing country (region);

4) The business license of the manufacturer and distribution unit (copy), foreign-funded enterprises need to provide the foreign enterprise registration certificate (copy);

5) The test report issued by the inspection and quarantine institution;

6) If the label especially emphasizes a certain content (such as royal special grade, sales enduring, legal producing areas, rare editions, certain designated products), must submit certification materials;

7) If the label is marked "GMP or ISO9002 certification", you need to provide relevant certification materials;

8) If the label indicates that you have won some honors or MEDALS, you need to provide relevant supporting materials;

9) Health food needs to submit the health approval letter approved by the Ministry of Health (copy);

10) Other relevant materials required by the inspection and quarantine institution to be provided by the applicant according to the requirements of the audit;

11) All audit and submission materials, where there are foreign language materials, shall provide the corresponding Chinese translation, and stamped the official seal of the applicant.
